Meet the realtor behind the keys

Real estate is about people, not properties.

I’ve called Nashville home for more than 30 years, and that connection to this city shapes everything I do.

As a Realtor with Zach Taylor Real Estate, I help first-time homebuyers, investors, empty nesters, families relocating to Nashville, and clients navigating major life transitions find a home that fits the life they want to build.

More recently, I’ve expanded into luxury new construction, partnering with developers and builders to bring distinctive homes to market.

A house may be the transaction, but the reason behind a move is almost always personal. That’s why my approach begins with listening. Before suggesting a neighborhood or a property, I take the time to understand your story, your priorities, and your long-term goals.

A Background That Works for You

My path to real estate wasn’t a straight line. I started in the medical field, co-founding a pain clinic, and went on to work in clinical research, pharmaceutical sales, and business ownership. I later trained and worked as a residential appraiser for about four years, which gave me a strong foundation in property valuation, market trends, and comparable properties. I’m not currently practicing as an appraiser, but that analytical perspective informs how I advise buyers, sellers, and investors.

What I discovered along the way is that my greatest strength is working with people. That led me to real estate sales and development, including helping lead sales for a 94-unit townhome community in Nashville, where I also organized resident events and gatherings to help neighbors connect.

Beyond the Transaction

My commitment to clients doesn’t end at closing. I believe success is measured not just by homes sold, but by the trust earned and the relationships that last long after the keys are handed over.

Outside of real estate, I’m a promotional products sales representative with Something Inked, and I’ve coached middle- and high-school girls’ tennis for about 15 years. I’m also passionate about supporting Cumberland Heights and its mission to help individuals and families affected by addiction.

Whether you’re buying your first home, planning your next chapter, or relocating to Nashville, I’d love to get to know you and help you move forward with confidence.

"I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer a new build purchase. Upon our first meeting, we noticed right away that he has great attention to detail. She provided sound guidance and was our voice when communicating with the builder. Most importantly, she negotiated an outstanding deal on our new home. She was a consummate professional and someone you can trust as your realtor."

Martin Stevens

"I can’t speak highly enough about Jennifer as a realtor, or as a person. From start to finish, Jenn was exceptional. She is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and truly invested in her clients’ best interests. Throughout the entire process, she made what can be a stressful experience feel seamless and manageable."
